Service Description

SecureOnePlan provides an IPTV streaming service that delivers television content over the internet. Our service includes access to live TV channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and electronic program guides (EPG). The service is delivered via M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials compatible with popular IPTV applications.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your subscription credentials with others unless your plan specifically allows multiple connections.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before service activation.
• Subscriptions are for the selected period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not auto-renew.
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of activation as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Record, download, or redistribute any content delivered through the service.

Service Availability

SecureOnePlan strives to provide uninterrupted service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors in the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecureOnePlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in question.

Modifications

SecureOnePlan reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
